On October 25, 2024, Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (TTPU) hosted a significant Erasmus+ Cluster Meeting focused on the “Impact of Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Projects in Engineering and Strengthening University-Industry Cooperation.”
The event was co-organized by the National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) in collaboration with the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of Uzbekistan.
The DEBSEUz Erasmus+ project, focusing on developing sustainable education in Uzbekistan, actively contributed to the meeting's discussions. The project team highlighted their efforts in promoting university-industry cooperation and the importance of sustainable engineering education. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for DEBSEUz to exchange knowledge with other projects, fostering collaboration to enhance capacity building and ensure the practical impact of engineering programs across the region.
This event reaffirmed the commitment of TTPU and the DEBSEUz project to fostering international cooperation and bridging academia with industry, ensuring that education in Uzbekistan remains aligned with modern global standards.
