Local training held in Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Republic of Uzbekistan. The training was organized to share the key insights and strategies discussed during the meeting held at Polito, Italy, from May 19 to 24, 2024. It’s main goal was to promote and disseminate the topics presented during the Polito meeting. This meeting is also dedicated to discussing several work packages, including: Project coordination and management, Data collection and staff training, Establishment of laboratories and centers, Project promotion and various other issues. The administration of Jizzakh region, Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute organized a training together with “Alternative Energy Research Scientific and Practical Center” employees. In this training, they shared the knowledge they learned in Italy under the DEBSEUz project of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, and priority tasks to be performed in terms of energy saving, alternative types of energy around us, and their effective use were determined. Also, training-practical seminars were organized for several days for students of alternative energy sources, and their knowledge and interests were increased.
