Progress in the DEBSEUz Project: 7th Online Meeting on overall project process.

The Development of the Targeted Educational Program for Bachelors in Solar Energy in Uzbekistan (DEBSEUz) project continues to make steady progress in shaping the future of solar energy education across Uzbekistan. Today, an online coordination meeting was held with representatives from partner universities to discuss the current status of work packages, academic content, and dissemination efforts.

During the session, responsible universities provided detailed updates on their assigned work packages, highlighting achievements and outlining remaining tasks. A key takeaway from the meeting was the near-completion of the academic syllabuses for the targeted solar energy courses. These syllabuses are now in the final stages and will soon be translated to ensure accessibility and implementation across all partner institutions.

However, the meeting also brought attention to the need for strengthening the dissemination component of the project. As effective communication and visibility are vital for the project's success, partners emphasized the importance of updating and expanding dissemination activities to ensure broader awareness and engagement from both academic and public audiences.

Next Steps:

Final translation of syllabuses and preparation for integration into academic curricula.

Revitalization of the dissemination strategy with more frequent updates, stakeholder engagement, and online visibility.

Continued collaboration and progress tracking through upcoming meetings and reports.

The DEBSEUz project remains firmly committed to advancing practical and academic knowledge in solar energy, empowering the next generation of energy specialists in Uzbekistan.
