The fourth online meeting of the local members was held in September 24, 2024. During the session, TTPU, together with project leaders from Politecnico di Torino (PoliTo), actively contributed by presenting updates on Work Package 5 (WP5): Quality Control and Monitoring. They emphasized the mid-term progress of the Quality Plan (QP), shared the outcomes of the first external audit, and outlined ongoing efforts to support the continuous improvement of project activities. The presentation stressed the importance of maintaining high standards throughout the project’s lifecycle and the need for regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement. It was noted that the implementation of the Quality Plan plays a crucial role in ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Moreover, feedback from the external audit provided valuable insights, enabling the project teams to refine their strategies and enhance the overall quality of deliverables. By adhering to a structured monitoring process, the project aims to achieve greater transparency, accountability, and success in meeting its long-term goals.
