A local training session was organized at Karakalpak State university, Republic of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the training was to share the key insights and strategies discussed during the meeting held at Polito, Italy, from May 19 to 24, 2024. This event aimed to promote and disseminate the main topics presented at the Polito meeting. This meeting included following topics: Project coordination and management, Data collection and staff training, Establishment of laboratories and centers, Project promotion and various other issues. The Debseuz project aims to develop a new bachelor degree and courses in the field of solar energy. In addition, in order to enhance the collaboration with institutional and industrial stakeholders, the project aims to develop labs and co-working spaces. According to the results of the meeting, with the professors and teachers of the Karakalpak State University and the employees of the UZENERGYINSPECTION, the works carried out within the framework of the project were closely familiarized with today’s educational and scientific laboratory bases, and the works to be carried out in the future with cooperation partners were discussed.
