WP3 will be one of the decisive solutions to the common problem where, based on the data collected in WP2, educational programs and curricula will be created. When creating curricula, the competencies and requirements placed on specialists by potential employers, as well as the best practices of European countries, will be taken into account. Also, important actions will be the creation of short-term courses for the retraining of specialists for the requirements of the modern solar energy industry.
Foreseen Outputs:
3.1. Roadmap and key steps for the construction of a curriculum able to provide job related skills
3.2. Development of two educational programs and curriculums with new developed 12 courses totaling 72 ECTS in the field of solar energy engineering, as well as the maintenance and exploitation of solar energy systems compatible with European standards;
3.3. Development of new short-term training courses on solar energy engineering and maintenance and exploitation of solar energy systems;
3.4. Approve and accreditation of new educational programs;
